delish omelette comes with a splitting bowel ache, just 1 hour before climbing - need laxatives!

Day 5 - a sudden game changer
2 coffees in the morning
wonderful home-baked croissant from a wonderful friend.
a deliberately undersized dish of some chicken breast with not-so good potatoes, ate not-so-much of the latter and my 12-year-old self would have laughed at the size of the bird meat I managed to force down.
2 modest glasses of beer.
the remaining 4 cookies.
1 more advil...
